I have been teaching fitness now for over 20 years and each year I study and  learn something new that will help my participants. I want to help you ,whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced exerciser. I love to work with people of all ages and my class participants range from teens to octogenarians, I  am GP Referral trained so that I can help people who may have conditions such as arthritis, diabetes or who may want to lose weight. My classes are based on the latest research, latest trends and are delivered professionally to help and encourage participants to love exercise and make it part of their every day life.
