Healthy Energy Bar from Sarah
Ingredients
1 cup of Macadamia Nuts
1 cup of cashew nuts
1 cup of dates (soaked overnight)
2 cups of oats
1 tbsp vanilla essence…
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of desiccated coconut (optional)
1-2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Method
Melted Combine all ingredients in a blender
Wrap in a piece of greaseproof paper, flatten to desired thickness.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes
For topping 1 tbsp of Raw Organic Cacao mixed with water and a tbsp of melted Coconut Oil and some flaked almonds
of dried fruit.
If you want to try a different topping why not try the same bar but with an orange and cranberry topping
The topping was 2 tbsp. of coconut oil with the zest of 2 oranges and the juice of 1 1/2 oranges, mixed with a tbsp. of ground almonds.
